Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information the DK Express website collects and what happens to it. We have kept it short because the site does very little with your data: it delivers your quote request to our team, and that is all.

What we collect

Quote and contact form. When you submit the form, we receive what you enter:

• Your name, company, email address, and phone number.
• Shipment details, including service type, origin, destination, dates, frequency, and notes.
• Container details for drayage (terminal, container size or type, loaded or empty, weight, last free day) or trailer details for power only (trailer type, loaded or empty, weight, pickup and delivery windows, interchange requirements).

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, the same as with any business correspondence.

Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. It uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What happens to a contact form submission

• Your submission is checked for completeness and spam, then sent as an email to the DK Express team through our email delivery provider, Resend.
• The website does not store contact-form submissions in a database. The message lives in our business email from then on.
• Spam checks use a hidden form field and the time taken to fill in the form.

What happens to a Get a Quote request

• The quote form collects your contact details, the shipment details you choose to give (route, dates, container, cargo weight and commodity, services needed and notes) and any documents you upload (PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to three files).
• The website sends the request over an authenticated connection to DK Express's own transportation management system, which calculates the estimate or queues the request for review and keeps the quote record.
• The website also keeps a record of your request, so it can show you the result through your private link and resend the request if our system was temporarily unavailable. Your link contains a random access code; the website stores only a scrambled (hashed) form of it.
• Our team may be notified of your request by email.
• Your request is not processed by an artificial-intelligence service. If we add one, we will update this page first.
• Requests are rate-limited and screened for spam using the connection address and the time taken to fill in the form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, arrange and coordinate shipments you book with us, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies, and our fonts are served from our own site rather than a third party. The homepage background video is also served from our own site. If you pause it, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device; it is never sent to us.

Separate systems

The "TMS login" link in our footer goes to our transportation management system, which is operated separately from this website and has its own terms and data practices.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails, quote requests, quote records and uploaded documents for as long as we need them to respond, serve customers, and meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. Our email delivery provider keeps delivery logs for a limited period under its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@dkexpressusa.com or calling (714) 874-5788. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Changes

If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
